Liz’s Projects
Besides training 2-5 hours a day, Liz is involved in a few additional projects:
Web Development
Liz builds and optimizes websites as an independent web developer. Liz has over five years of experience in internet marketing, optimization, web design and development.
Fitness Modeling
Liz works as a fitness model.
Personal Training
Liz also designs fitness programs. She is currently getting certified in Pilates and as a personal trainer. She has years of experience in fitness, endurance training, strength training, race/speed training, racing strategies and pilates. Fitness is a huge part of Liz’s life, and she hopes to continue to be able to help others reach their fitness goals.
